I am tenured scientist (Chargé de Recherche) at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), attached to the Bordeaux School of Economics

My research interests cover economic geography, innovation economics, migration, and intellectual property, and more recently, the diffusion/adoption of green technologies and products

I am research affiliate at the Regional Quantitative Analysis Research Group (AQR-IREA) at the University of Barcelona,  and external research fellow at the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration (CReAM) - UCL. I am now a Fellow of the Institute Convergence Migrations and member of Migration, Business & Society.

Recently I run the TKC project on the topic of migration & innovation, and coodinated the Workshop Series on migration, innovation, and the knowledge economy. I currently participate in the DOC-TRACK project, on STEM doctoral graduates'  patenting and publishing in four European countries, includingthe Spanish CSIC, University of Kassel, and Utrecht University.

I've been consultant on economic geography, migration & innovation, and gender & innovation for the European Patent Office, the USPTO, and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
